What You’ll Be Doing

Full-cycle recruitment: Manage everything from job postings to conducting interviews and signing contracts.
Conduct and manage employee communication: Handle feedback meetings, hearing calls, and other HR-related discussions.
Attendance & time tracking: Oversee and centralize employee hours, absences, vacation days, sick leave, and more.
Employee welfare: Take charge of organizing activities, events, and maintaining a healthy work culture.
Vendor and supplier communication: Coordinate with service providers (e.g., office maintenance, supply orders, etc.).
Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and leadership, ensuring smooth and clear communication across the company.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Human Resources – previous HR or recruiting experience is a strong advantage, but not a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills – warm, approachable, and professional.
High level of discretion and loyalty – you’ll be handling confidential information with care.
Organized and proactive – someone who takes initiative and manages tasks independently.
