About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and dedicated WordPress Website Developer to join our growing development team at DigiRank, a leading company specializing in the creation of custom-designed websites for clients across a wide range of industries.
As a WordPress Developer, you will work closely with our in-house design department and client managers to bring visually compelling, highly functional websites to life. If you are passionate about clean code, scalable solutions, and WordPress development from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time role and requires hands-on experience and a deep understanding of WordPress architecture.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop custom-designed WordPress websites for businesses in various industries.
- Convert PSD or design files into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes.
- Develop and implement custom post types, custom fields, and advanced functionality using PHP and JavaScript.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across a wide range of WordPress sites.
- Maintain existing websites, ensuring security updates and feature improvements are implemented regularly.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in:
- PHP
- jQuery
- HTML5 & CSS3

- MySQL
- Required:
- Proven experience in WordPress development – building custom themes and functionality from scratch.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and API.
- Ability to convert PSD files into responsive, modern WordPress themes.
- Experience working with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPTs).
- Bonus:
- Degree or certification in computer science, web development, or a related field (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Experience with Git, WooCommerce, or multilingual site setups.
Portfolio Required
