About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of multiple company brands across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll manage and execute full-scale content plans, analyze results, and optimize performance to ensure a strong, dynamic digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate multiple clients’ digital social media accounts, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and execute monthly Gantt content calendars tailored to each brand.
- Write, design, and publish creative marketing content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries and comments across platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics to drive ongoing improvements in reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal creative and content teams for consistent brand messaging.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing social media pages, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok – required.
- Proven content writing and marketing strategy skills – required.
- Experience using digital content tools such as Canva, CapCut, and similar.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform-specific features.
- Ability to create, lead, and optimize social media campaigns from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Photoshop – a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance tracking tools (Meta Insights, etc.).
