About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quick, efficient, and friendly assistance, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. You’ll handle client inquiries, resolve basic issues, and help customers make the most of our services in web development, SEO, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments.
- Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
- Record and track client inquiries using support software.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or client support (phone, chat, or email).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, or digital services (training can be provided).
- Fluent in English (German or French is a strong advantage for European clients).
