About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. You will be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to client websites, hosting, and software. Your main goal will be to ensure fast problem resolution, smooth performance, and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve client website, hosting, and software issues.
  • Provide technical support for WordPress, domains, DNS, email setup, and hosting servers.
  • Use bug tracking and support ticket systems to manage requests efficiently.
  • Document issues, solutions, and procedures clearly for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with developers and system administrators when needed.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach by ensuring fast response times and effective solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, web hosting, or software troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, hosting servers, domains, DNS, and email setup.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
  • Patience, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong skills in writing technical documentation.
