About the Role

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes a range of website projects, from landing pages to full-scale commercial websites. Your application will not be considered without a portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design complete web interfaces for image, catalog, and commercial websites, tailored to client goals and brand identity.
- Create highly intuitive UI/UX designs focused on conversion, interaction, and advanced user experience.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and manage daily tasks under tight deadlines and fast-paced cycles.
- Test developed websites for functionality, responsiveness, and user flow prior to launch.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and continuously seek improvement in digital user experiences.
Required Skills & Experience
- Formal education: Degree in Graphic Design, preferably with a specialization in interactive or digital media.
- Experience in designing for the web in a professional capacity (company or design studio environment).
- Strong knowledge in UX principles and user behavior analysis.
- Creative thinker with a digital-first mindset and ability to design with conversion goals in mind.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
Must-Have Software Skills
- Adobe Photoshop – Full proficiency (90% of your daily work will be in this software).
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced use for logos, symbols, and vector graphics.
- Adobe InDesign – Proficient use when needed for layout and digital publishing.
Bonus Skills (Highly Advantageous)
- Adobe After Effects – Ability to create short animations, GIFs, and motion graphics (animated logos, micro-interactions, etc.).
