Our services, including web development, SEO, digital marketing, and international goods supply, are custom-tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our services, we typically do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

Service Not Delivered

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to an issue on our part, you may be eligible for a refund.

Preliminary Phase Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your service contract before we begin significant work (e.g., design mockups, content creation), a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or setup fees.

2. Refunds and Returns for Customized Products

For any physical or customized products provided by DigiRank, such as branded merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.), please note the following:

Custom Orders

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check your design and order details before confirming.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your custom product arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may offer a replacement or refund upon verification. To process your request, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and your order information.

3. Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellations

You may cancel a service project before it begins by notifying us at Support@digirank.ch. If you cancel before we have started, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any setup or administrative costs.

Recurring Services

For recurring or subscription-based services, you may cancel with a 10 days notice. Cancellations will take effect in the following billing cycle, and no partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30 Days.

6. Non-Refundable Services and Products

The following are not eligible for refunds:
  • Services that have been fully rendered or are near completion.
  • Digital products or downloadable content, once accessed or downloaded.
  • Restrict or object to certain data processing activities.
